Bathroom ceilings are painted with flat, eggshell paint for easier cleaning instead of textured paint.	Cold air returns painted black to conceal framing behind cold air return grills.	Plumbing stacks painted black to blend in with roof color.	Finished garages have textured walls and ceilings.

During construction, plywood is installed on stair treads to protect from potential damage.	TMN recycles everything that is recyclable from metal, foam, to cardboard.	By grinding all sub floor seams, the final flooring finish is smooth and uniform.
